Marc Bally, principal and co-founder of RelidyPro, has been in the marketing business for over a decade. Before founding Relidy, Marc worked in the Satellite Communications industry as an engineer and project manager, then in 1997 he left Worldcom and started up EDT, a lighting control manufacturing company. Over the next 11 years, EDT designed, built and marketing 3 different product lines. In 2000, Marc started up Integrated Systems, a CEDIA certified full service integration company that designed and installed everything from Burglar and Fire Alarms to Automation Systems to 6 figure home theaters and conference rooms. Then in 2001 Marc also started EDTMD, as contract circuit board assembling division of EDT.
Towards the 2006 as business was growing rapidly and the demand for marketing all 3 businesses was constantly increasing, Marc and Sean realized the need for a marketing firm that specialized in the consumer electronics industry and had an intimate knowledge of the industry from all angles. So in 2007 Relidy was conceived and opened for business on October 16, 2008. Relidy was an instant success and has been growing rapidly passing 1000 customers at the end of 2013.
Sean Busha, principal and co-founder of RelidyPro, has always had an interest in business marketing and creative projects. Stemming from time enjoying photoshop as a hobby in high school to then focusing on marketing with a Business Degree from Concordia Univerity, it was his goal to start a career that involved what he loved.
Following college, Sean soon found an opportunity to work at EDT in the position of sales and marketing of lighting control products. That's where he met Marc Bally, the owner of EDT at the time. It didn't take long for Sean to see a need to improve the branding and marketing of the company with its logo, web presence, print material, and more. The same desire to enhance the company's marketing efforts would eventually shift onto EDT's sister company, Integrated Systems. For several years, Sean filled roles of sales, project management, and even "attic monkey" from time to time. While business was going well and projects adding up, it was soon apparent there was little time left to devote to the marketing he sought out to improve.
That's when it hit us. What if there was a marketing company that understood our business and our industry. One that could tailor its services to suit the needs of an integration company like ours. After some initial research, we realized there were no such resources. What then seemed like a "stars are lining up" moment, we decided to start Relidy.com, a full service marketing firm dedicated to the custom electronics industry. The rest is history with RelidyPro eventually becoming the latest division providing professional grade services to manufacturers and larger accounts.
More important than all of that business stuff... Sean loves God, his family, soccer, roadtrips, white chocolate, and practicing his spanish whenever he gets the chance.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Clarke started his career as a young, enthusiastically teachable grunt with an eye for clean design. After living in Russia for some time, he joined RelidyPro in the spring of 2011, which involved working across a diverse range of geographical cultures and personalities…and still does. In essence, he plays with colors, shapes & characters.
Clarke’s experience spans many sectors since entering the visual communications field in 2003; these include clients such as Johnson & Johnson (WM), Verizon, and Kelly Moore Paints. Clarke’s passion for clean-principled design comes from a solid few along the way who spent their time to invest in a grunt…whether typography, pre-press or a seven-color job…double-bumped or not...he shadowed those few and now years later is allowed the privilege to put that experience to work everyday.
When he’s not thinking about his next cool logo build or site design, you can find him hanging out with his bride and kiddos in a tree-house, around a home-cooked meal, playing Xbox or just flat-out trying to stay cool in Texas.
Chian has been with Relidy since 2009 and manages website programming and coding.
